Sales Trainees COMBUSTION
Job Description
The North American Manufacturing Co., a leading global supplier of industrial combustion systems, is seeking a number of individuals to prepare for future technical combustion sales positions in the US. These positions ultimately will have overall responsibility for the design and sales of combustion solutions across a wide variety of markets and customers in a defined territory. Most likely future locations will be Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Southern California, Illinois and Indiana.
The candidates will go through a defined program at North American's Cleveland, Ohio facility, spanning work time in the lab and system engineering group, field work with the service team in start-ups/maintenance contracts, field activities with salesman and classroom work. The program, depending on speed of learning of the individual, will span 18-months, after which the individual will be relocated to a full sales position.
Job Requirements
- College degree in Chemical, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering
- Two-years of industrial work experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Confident, driven, self-directed
- Travel up to 30%
